What it is:
Peppermint Pure Therapeutic Essential Oil Blend, 5 mL
What it's made from:
Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, in a glass amber bottle
What to do with it:
Use a few drops in an aromatherapy diffuser
Add a few drops to potpourri to replenish fragrance
Add 3-4 drops per ounce of unscented foot lotion for a spa-like experience
Essential Oil Attributes:
Peppermint- Mind: refreshing, mentally stimulating, energizing. Body: enhances well-being of respiratory system. Other: Ant repellent, smells like peppermint candy.
Caution:
Peppermint has no known toxicity; however, it should be avoided in high concentrations in skincare as it can cause sensitization and a burning sensation. It is also not for use while taking homeopathic remedies. Not for direct skin contact. Only for use on skin if diluted properly. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.
Special Note:
Lavender and Tea Tree are the only essential oils safe for direct use on skin. ALL other essential oils must be properly diluted in a carrier oil or other base prior to skin contact!
